Art Camps for Kids Camp sessions are open to children who have completed kindergarten through the eighth grade. Share exciting artistic journeys with creative hands-on projects and adventurous museum gallery experiences. Museum camp sessions are presented by experienced educators and visiting artists.
Investigate the possibilities of color and pattern while creating art and doing science experiments during this camp session. Drawing, painting, collage making, and kaleidoscope construction are just the beginning of the fun in store.

Glacier Memories: Storytelling and Art August 9-13
Afternoon session 1pm-4pm
Entering 4th-8th grade
Art is a living language full of narrative, creativity, and personal voice. We will visit the Museum’s galleries to draw inspiration from John Fery and other Glacier Park Artists. Construct a travel journal and take an imaginary 4 day journey through Glacier National Park. Practice creative writing skills, make sketches, create miniature paintings, and more to record your experiences.

Shakespeare Will Rock You August 17-20
Afternoon session 1pm-4:30pm
Entering 5th-8th grade
SHAKESPEARE FOR YOUNG ACTORS - A variety of Shakespeare-themed activities, improvisation, and games. Discover why the famous Bard is still in style! A presentation will be the final camp activity.

Creative art exploration activities in the Classroom and Discovery Gallery for children ages 2-5, with an adult guardian.
